Breach Guard

Check what’s already exposed.

Breach Guard checks whether your email appears in known data breaches, shows what was involved, and tells you what to change first. Free. No signup.

What you get

  • Which services were breached
  • What data was exposed, such as an email address, a password, or a phone number
  • When the breach happened
  • An ordered list of what to do first

Who it’s for

Anyone with an email address they’ve been using for years. Your email is attached to old accounts you forgot, job applications, marketplaces, wallets, and signups from 2019. When one of those services leaks, that exposure doesn’t announce itself.

What to do if you’re exposed

  1. Change the password on the affected service.
  2. Change it anywhere you used the same one.
  3. Turn on two-factor authentication.
  4. Watch for phishing that mentions that service by name.
  5. Consider a password manager.

What Breach Guard can’t do yet

It checks known public breaches. It can’t see every leak, and it can’t remove your data from where it already is.
